Flow as resilience
Life can feel heavy, stagnant, or unpredictable. Therapy offers a place to explore possibilities, reconnect with your own strength, and find steadiness within motion.
About Flow & Grow
Flow & Grow is more than a name. It reflects the qualities of water: adaptable, connected, quietly strong, and able to find its way through changing landscapes.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, listen more closely to yourself, and explore what may be held in the body, expressed through creativity, and discovered through connection.
The name
Inspired by the invitation to “be water,” Flow & Grow approaches change without forcing it. We can notice what feels stuck, listen for what is already moving, and create space for something new to emerge at a pace that feels possible.
Life can feel heavy, stagnant, or unpredictable. Therapy offers a place to explore possibilities, reconnect with your own strength, and find steadiness within motion.
Our bodies carry tension, emotion, and unspoken stories, but they also hold wisdom and inner resources. Somatic awareness can help us notice and reconnect with what is already available within you.
Creative arts therapy is at the heart of Flow & Grow. Art invites presence and curiosity, not perfection, and can offer new ways to hold emotion, memory, and experience with care.
Water connects, and so do we. Relational presence, cultural context, and wholehearted attention are central to this work. Growth emerges through connection with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

About the therapist
Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I’m also learning to embrace my identity as an artist. Creative practice has become an important way for me to explore, express, and make sense of experience.
I believe our bodies and authentic creative expressions carry their own wisdom. Art and embodied exploration can help us approach what is present without judgment or pressure to explain.
I feel a deep sense of connection with the natural world and believe that we exist in relationship with the land, waters, and other living beings, and the world around us. My worldview is shaped by a sense of interconnectedness and a reverence for the aliveness of the more-than-human world, influenced by Taoist and Buddhist thought as well as Indigenous teachings.
As an immigrant and woman of colour, I carry lived experience of moving between worlds, cultures, identities, and different ways of belonging. This experience informs the culturally sensitive, relational, intersectional, and decolonial lens I bring to my work.
I love photography, reading, making art, spending time in nature, and visiting galleries, museums, and art and craft markets. These experiences allow me to see the world from different perspectives. Like art, they open doors into altered worlds, inviting curiosity, imagination, and new ways of experiencing life.
Have a question or ready to take the next step? I’d love to hear from you.
