How I Work

Understanding in context

Intersectional & Decolonial Lens

We make space for the wider contexts that shape experience, including culture, identity, migration, power, inherited stories, and other influences that matter to you.

  • Broader Context
  • Intersectionality
  • Reclamation

Seeing the Whole Picture

Your experiences are shaped by the ways identity, culture, relationships, and social conditions intersect. Together, these influences can affect how you are seen, where you feel belonging, and what support or barriers you encounter.

An intersectional and decolonial lens makes room to explore these connections, including how colonial histories and present-day systems of power shape everyday life. We can question expectations about whose knowledge matters and what is considered “normal.”

In our work, there is room to explore these influences at your pace. Together, we explore what you want to understand, reclaim, or change.
